MAWU

 

Mawu is an all female dance crew that Jimbo co-founded with 5 other talented ladies back in 2007.  She is constantly building with them, traveling, dancing, teaching, and performing all over the world repping the NYC underground dance community.  They have grown since their beginnings, to a crew of eight outstanding women who represent and reside all over the world.  Find out more on www.mawudance.com! Fuerza Bruta

Jimbo joined the cast of Fuerza Bruta Wayra in 2015 as part of the NYC cast.  Since then, she has been traveling with them globally to locations such as Seoul, Taipei, and Las Vegas.  She also had the pleasure of leading the cast of WA!! in Tokyo, as Dance Captain in 2017-2018.

Virgin Voyages, Scarlet Lady​

In 2020, Jimbo joined the entertainment team at Virgin Voyages to help launch their brand and open their first ever cruise line with, Scarlet Lady.  She is one of their performers, Dance Captaining for Untitled Dance Show Party Thing, by Ani Taj and Sam Pinkleton, while performing in Ships in the Night, by Gypsy Snider, along with performing aerial at some of their parties and events.  Catch her adventures thru 2021 @jb0b0 on instagram!

Matt DelRosario
 
Matt DelRosario and Jimbo have been dancing and teaching together for over 9 years.  They are both graduates of NC School of the Arts and met there in 2004.  She is thrilled to be working on some choreography with him again to create something meaningful, and to be able to continue team teaching with her long time dance partner.  He also started with his own company, Flow Kakou, early this year, and will be reuniting a strong cast of old Pilobolus dancers to create, perform, and teach in Hawaii. Stay tuned for more! 
 
Derek Stratton
 
Jimbo worked with fellow Pilobolus Shadowland dancer Derek Stratton, on a new duet performed in NC at the Onsite/Insite Festival 2017.
